Proposed A&A for Conversion of an Entire Industrial Building at 107 How Ming Street Kwun Tong


Project Background

Revitalization of old industrial building at No. 107 of How Ming Street into 10 story levels in which carried out upgrade the E&M system to suitable for new layout plan and design.

Project Summary

  • To provide electrical distribution system with emergency generator set for new layout plan & design;
  • To provide and install new MVAC and ventilation system to suitable for new layout plan and design;
  • To provide and install the GAS supply system from G/F to 4/F to suitable for new layout plan and design;
  • To replace existing the lifts and supply & install new lifts and provide install new escalators from G/F to 3/F;
  • Replace existing fresh/flush water pipes & fittings and provide & fix new fresh/flush water supply systems to suitable for new layout plan and design;
  • Replacement for sanitary fittings, drainage pipe and CCTV system into 1/F to 9/F for new layout plan & design.
