Project Background

Listed since 2005, the Link has been unlocking the value of the properties through asset enhancement works. BPS Global Group has completed more than ten shopping mall and office upgrade projects for the Link since BPS became Link’s Approved Contractor. The projects involve shopping malls in Po Lam, Fung Tak, Lung Cheung, Shek Lei, Kwai Fong, KwaiShing East, ShaKok and Mei Lam.

BPS Global Group helped the developer to carry out renovation works over 10 shopping malls such as comprehensive design, wall partition and office up-grade.
