The core business to expand in the area of modern logistics for Grandbuy is Guangzhou Commercial Storage and Transportation. To realize the goal, Grandbuy needs to study on how to leverage on its own resource advantage for a diversifying development to establish a clearly positioned, reasonably laid out next generation integrated logistics business with a well-established network, comprehensive management and functionalities with highly computerized processes and a strong brand.
As such, Grandbuy began to identify specialists in the market and spent time on feasibility study exploration. The Group employed veteran logistics project planner BPS Global Group as its partner, who took charge in reshaping a full strategy for its logistics business, helping it to achieve its goals. Through strengthening of the professional marketing business, Grandbuy will focus on logistics business and realize its transition from functional logistics service to customized, supply chain value added service, and expand its business and network from Guangzhou to all areas in China through integrated logistics, capital flow, information, and businesses.
In addition, Grandbuy intends to further leverage on the technicality, experience and resources of an external organization to accelerate in improving the profitability of its existing logistics resources, and in transitioning from a traditional logistics business to a modern comprehensive logistics and integrated supply chain business. BPS Global Group provided professional and scientific implementation suggestions, which have been adopted and implemented by the Group. These suggestions helped the Group in successfully reforming the logistics business and established a strong foundation, allowing it to set up joint ventures and partnerships in various perspectives and going public after the reform. Merger, acquisition, and other means of capital operation will take Grandbuy one step closer to become one of the most competitive industrial players in the mainland of China, including its goals to become the top 5 logistics company, and top 20 national logistics operator.
